Last night I received an email from Spirit Rock Meditation Center offering a series of classes, workshops and retreats aimed at coping with difficult times. This included a four-day residential retreat: "A Retreat for Troubled Times: An Offering to Our Community." The retreat, which runs from June 2-6, is being offered on a dana (donation) basis ... which is incredible.
I jumped on it and faxed the registration info over last night. I just found out I got in. Holy cow! Four days at Spirit Rock! Even if that does mean I have to get up at 5 am ... and have no internet ... and no husband and kitty with me ... and maybe share a room ...
