I love this place. I love the crazy breakfast conversation and insanely good food (brie omelette and bacon with fruit and yogurt for breakfast), the sweet people who bring us lunch and field our maintenance requests and take us to town to show us the murals painted by a resident for the 2007 MacDowell Centenary. I love sitting at my big table in front of the huge picture window, feet up, looking at the trees and rocking out to the Ramones on the AM/FM radio left by another resident.
I love the fact that it was hard at first and now it just feels good. I love that I miss everyone at home (Adam especially) and will see them soon -- but for now, I love that I am here.
